I Specialize in Residential and Residential Investment Property Sales.    My experience includes the preparation, marketing and sales of residential single-family homes, condos/townhomes, 2 to 4-unit and multi-unit rental income properties, as well as tenant-occupied properties in San Diego County since 2004.   With more than 16 years previous experience managing residential and commercial property portfolios and helping property owners maintain, upgrade, and profit from their Real Estate investments, my extensive knowledge of landlord/tenant issues while renting and selling will help you prepare your home, or prepare your tenants and your rental property, for a smooth sale.      

Preparing Your Home for SaleIf you would like some suggestions and assistance in preparing your home or condo for sale, I can offer suggestions on what adds value and 'curb appeal' to encourage buyer interest.  If your income property is occupied, I take great care to obtain tenant cooperation for showings and create mutual rapport during the listing period for a smoother sale.  If you agree there is a need for professional repairs or upgrades to maximize your sale price, I can refer you to reasonably-priced, licensed and insured, vendors and contractors (i.e.  painters, landscapers, handymen, trash haulers, etc.)  From Listing through Closing, you can count on my assistance and communication every step of the way!

  • Strategic Pricing for Current Market.  We'll review the comparable sales prices in your area to mutually deterrmine a reasonable 'Listing Price' for your home. 
  • Customized Marketing Plan. I will take full advantage of internet marketing on hundreds of websites,  in addition to the MLS, for maximum advertising and marketing exposure.  

  • Coordination of Inspections and Repairs.  I will assist you with scheduling any necessary inspections and repairs to make the 'Selling' and 'Closing' process as stress-free as possible. 

  • Experienced Transaction Negotiating and Escrow Coordination.  You will be 'in the loop' for the entire process, with direct communication access  to me, my Transaction Coordinator, team members assisting  assisting me with the sale, and to the Escrow Officer processing the sale for 'Closing'.
